Return Policy

Customers have 14 days to cancel a purchase, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition. A receipt must accompany the returned item. Costs for returning the product, including shipping, are paid by the customer and noted on the invoice. We advise customers to contact the store before returning an item, either by phone or email at info@nox.is. Sale items cannot be returned.

If a customer purchases a defective product from the Nox online store, we offer repair, replacement, discount, or refund, depending on the situation. The chosen solution depends on the nature of the defect. We resolve the matter together with the customer.

Please note that online prices may change without notice. Nox reserves the right not to process an order if the price of the product is incorrectly listed on the online store. All prices include VAT, and all invoices are issued with VAT.

When ordering from Nox online, customers can choose to pick up in-store or have the order delivered.
If delivery is chosen, the shipping time is generally 2-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location, the chosen shipping method, and seasonal demand.

Legal Terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from it shall be settled in the District Court of Western Iceland.
In addition, the following laws apply:

• Act on Consumer Contracts (currently No. 16/2006)

• Act on the Sale of Goods (currently No. 50/2000)

• Act on Consumer Purchases (currently No. 48/2003)

All statutory deadlines for consumers start from the date the product is received.
